1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "pbb4d" — The platform, brand, and services operated under the domain https://pbb4d.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer services made available thereon.
• "Platform" — The website at https://pbb4d.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interface, sub-domain, or feature offered by pbb4d.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" — Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pbb4d Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — The personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — The total funds (denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR/Rp) held in a User's Account, including deposited funds and any credited bonuses, net of wagers and withdrawals.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded to a User by pbb4d, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Real Money Funds" — Funds deposited directly by the User, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process required by pbb4d for account security and fraud prevention.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default timezone for all pbb4d service hours, draw times, and promotional periods.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of pbb4d is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. pbb4d does not permit any person under the age of 21 to open an Account or participate in any game or wagering activity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and wagering activities are not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits the type of gaming services offered by pbb4d.
• You have not been self-excluded or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily excluded from online gaming services.
• You are not employed by pbb4d, nor are you an immediate family member of a pbb4d employee.
• You have not previously been permanently banned from the pbb4d Platform for any reason.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pbb4d services, you must create an Account. The registration process and your ongoing obligations are as follows:

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, and preferred payment method. You must ensure all information you submit is truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the pbb4d Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension. Any balances held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pbb4d will never ask for your password. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. pbb4d cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

pbb4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals or upon detection of unusual account activity. Accepted documents typically include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits

All deposits to pbb4d are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10,000 per transaction.
• Accepted methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds to a few minutes, depending on the payment method. Bank transfers initiated outside of Indonesian bank operating hours may experience brief processing delays.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full refund of the deposited amount.
• pbb4d does not charge additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• pbb4d reserves the right to request proof of deposit (e.g., transfer receipt or screenshot) as part of routine verification.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe you have made a deposit in error.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets registered in the User's name only. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Processing time: Most bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes during business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday through Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the next available window. E-wallet withdrawals are generally instant.
• Withdrawals will only be released after the User has successfully completed KYC. For your first withdrawal, document verification is mandatory.
• Only the Real Money Funds portion of your Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) is eligible for withdrawal unless all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met.
• pbb4d reserves the right to carry out additional security checks, which may delay processing by up to 48 hours in exceptional cases. You will be notified if such checks apply.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the source of funds cannot be verified or if the account shows signs of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pbb4d offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms; the provisions below apply universally unless a promotion's dedicated terms state otherwise.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 25× (bonus amount plus deposit amount).
• Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.
• pbb4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, and per payment method.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any User found to be exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using hedging strategies designed to guarantee bonus conversion, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus revoked and their Account suspended. pbb4d uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6.3 Promotional Changes

All promotional content, including bonus amounts, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering multipliers, and game contribution percentages, is subject to change. The most current terms for each promotion are published on the Platform at the time of the offer. In the event of a discrepancy between an older promotional page and a currently published terms document, the currently published version prevails.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pbb4d Platform are provided by certified software suppliers whose Random Number Generators (RNG) are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories. The following principles govern game play:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG or verifiable real-world events (for sports betting). pbb4d has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pbb4d's decision on the correct outcome will be final, based on system logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the User's balance.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed, cancelled, or shortened to a degree that renders a market void, wagers on affected markets will be refunded unless the specific market terms state otherwise.
• pbb4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a system error or human input error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pbb4d Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any non-human interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting strategies with other Users.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Opening an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with pbb4d.
• Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing pbb4d staff or other Users via any communication channel.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbb4d, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from reliance on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by events outside pbb4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party payment processing outages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

pbb4d's total liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Privacy & Data

pbb4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described therein. Key principles include:

• Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• pbb4d does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• All data transmission between your device and the pbb4d servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship under the following conditions:

11.1 Voluntary Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting pbb4d customer support. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending verification issues exist. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by pbb4d

pbb4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if the User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if the Platform is legally required to do so by a competent authority. In cases of proven fraud, pbb4d reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which pbb4d is licensed and registered. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be submitted to binding arbitration, conducted in English.

pbb4d acknowledges that its primary user base consists of players accessing the Platform from Indonesia and is committed to operating in a manner consistent with fair international gaming standards. However, Indonesian domestic law on online gambling remains complex, and Users are individually responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local regulations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pbb4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
• Notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification, where feasible.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.
